ScatterWin Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

ScatterWin may require you to provide documentation confirming your age and identity as part of the account verification process. Providing false information to bypass these requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold one account on ScatterWin. Registering multiple accounts for the same individual is not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

As part of registration and ongoing account use, ScatterWin carries out identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC). You may be asked to provide:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, national ID).
• Proof of your registered payment method — for example, confirmation that a GCash or Maya account is registered in your name.
• Additional documents if required to verify unusual account activity.

KYC is a security measure that protects you — it ensures your withdrawals can only go to payment methods in your own name and that nobody else can claim your winnings. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being limited until the process is resolved.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Enable OTP (one-time password) verification on your account for an additional layer of protection. Do not share your password with anyone.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ScatterWin — deposits and withdrawals — are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied by ScatterWin; the amount you transfer is the amount credited to your account.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, Philippine mobile banking, and local bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on ScatterWin.

Withdrawals are processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name, as verified through KYC. Third-party deposits and withdrawals — where the payment method is registered to a different person — are not permitted.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction. Processing times for withdrawals depend on the chosen channel. Deposits must not be made from funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity.

5. Gameplay & Fair Use

ScatterWin is a platform for personal entertainment. Use of the platform must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known bug must be reported and may be voided.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes.

• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal activity.

ScatterWin monitors account activity for irregular patterns. Where a breach of fair use is identified, ScatterWin may void affected bets or game rounds, withhold associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ScatterWin may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms applicable to any active promotion — including eligibility, wagering requirements, expiry periods, and any game restrictions — are set out in the individual promotion details at the time the offer is made.

General principles that apply to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are credited at ScatterWin's discretion and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including use of multiple accounts or manipulation of wagering requirements — will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• ScatterWin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the breach may be withheld pending investigation. For closures not related to a breach — for example, a voluntary closure requested by the player — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after due process.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, fulfil KYC requirements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Changes to These Terms

ScatterWin may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable laws, or operational requirements. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Where changes are material, ScatterWin will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by email to the registered address.

Continued use of the platform after any revision is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
